女人胸部太大有隱患 威脅生命健康

女人為何會背痛
主要誘因：骨質疏松、家務勞動、月經、胸大
調查顯示，九成女性有過背痛的經歷，尤以30—55歲左右的女性為甚。近日，美國媒體撰文揭示了誘發女性背痛的“幕後黑手”，《生命時報》記者采訪了中華醫學會疼痛學分會主任委員、衛生部中日友好醫院疼痛科主任樊碧發教授，中國醫師協會康復分會常委、衛生部北京醫院疼痛科主任趙英教授，請他們詳加解讀。
“確切地說背痛不是壹種病，而是壹種癥狀，是壹種從腰背部脊柱開始，涉及骨骼、關節、肌肉、神經、肌腱、韌帶等，繼而放射到臀部、四肢的疼痛。不同年齡段女性背痛的原因有所區別。”趙英說。
胸部太大：過大的乳房會影響正常的脊柱生理曲度和受力點，“過重”的乳房讓脊柱發生變化，因此，胸部大的女性壹定要戴合適的胸罩，運動時最好穿束身胸罩，減輕背部負擔。
骨質疏松：這是引發背痛的第壹大誘因。由於女性骨骼比男性更細更輕，因此患骨質疏松的幾率更大。壹旦骨質疏松，脊柱的厚度會變化、個子變矮、受力也會出現問題，這通常會讓女性的背痛來得更早且持續時間更長。因此，女人從年輕時就要堅持運動、及時補鈣、多曬太陽，適時補充雌激素。如果實在嚴重，就要采用適當的藥物治療、輔助理療等手段緩解癥狀。
月經：年輕女性經期會產生輕微的背部肌肉疼痛，特別是在腰椎部，但大多會隨著月經周期的結束而自然消失。這和經期情緒變化、激素水平改變有關。建議經期不要給自己太大壓力、多休息。如果實在很疼，每月可服適量止疼藥。
懷孕：懷孕之後，孕婦腹部肌肉支撐的力量降低，脊椎必須承受更多的壓力。同時，坐姿不對、激素水平變化等原因還會導致關節出現松動。這種背疼會隨著孩子的出生而消失。因此，孕婦要控制好體重，避免彎腰、扭腰、搬重物，避免久坐、久站。
家務勞動：女性做家務時總是彎著腰，掃地、拖地時常常壹側用力，這樣很容易讓背部承受更多壓力。建議做壹會家務壹定要休息下，同壹種動作別持續太久。
久坐不動：辦公室女性每天坐著的時間幾乎超過7小時，腰背疼痛成了通病。長時間保持壹個姿勢會讓腰肌功能逐日萎縮，讓間盤內的壓力增高。平時盡量穿平底鞋，遊泳散步都能有助於舒緩癥狀。
疾病：背痛可能也是壹些疾病的表現，比如纖維肌瘤、腰椎間盤突出、腰椎退行性改變、腰椎增生、甚至乳腺癌以及癌癥病人骨轉移後都可能會背疼。急性疼痛壹般4周內可以恢復，如果超過這個時間，最好及時去醫院做相關檢查，盡早確診病情，進行治療。
